Naturalization Ceremony

Congratulations to all who became U.S. citizens at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill in Boylston, Massachusetts, on Aug. 31, 2021!

CEO Grace Elton welcomed the participants who came from many countries, including Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ghana, Haiti, India, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Nepal, Nigeria, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.

Thank you to Worcester Mayor Joseph Petty and Trident Brass Quintet from the Newport Naval Station for helping make this event so special.

“I can’t tell you how excited I am for you, your families, and your relatives,” said Petty. “You’re all becoming Americans today.”

We at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill were honored to be able to host our first Naturalization Ceremony and look forward to many more to come!
