SPECIAL EVENTS REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
SPECIAL TICKETED EVENTS
Special ticketed events require advance registration. Tickets will not be available to purchase onsite during the event.
There are no refunds for any special ticketed events. For events with multiple dates, tickets can be rescheduled to a different available date and time. There is a $10.00 transaction fee for all rescheduled tickets. Ticket holders must call 508-869-6111 to reschedule by 5pm the day before the date on your original ticket. If an event series sells out, tickets cannot be rescheduled.
GENERAL ADMISSION EVENTS
All general admission events are included with a general admission ticket. See each event page for details. Tickets can be purchased on site; however, we recommend reserving your tickets in advance to secure your preferred date.
General admission tickets are non-refundable and may only be redeemed on the date selected. You can reschedule your general admission visit to another currently available general admission date by calling 508-869-6111 or emailing visit@nebg.org no later than 4pm on the date on your tickets.
WEATHER POLICY
Many special events take place in all weather conditions or have a designated rain location or date. In the case of inclement weather some activities may be canceled or moved indoors. If weather presents a risk to safety, New England Botanic Garden may decide to cancel an event. If so, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and a refund will be issued for your ticket(s).
Please Note: Special event and general admission tickets are not transferable to a different event or class.
