Night Lights tickets will be on sale soon! Night Lights sells out frequently. Purchase tickets in advance online, by phone, or in person to secure your preferred night and time. Garden Members receive a 25% discount.
Tickets may be available at the door, however, please note that door prices are higher, and many arrival times and evenings will sell out, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. If an evening or arrival time displays as "SOLD OUT" online, tickets will not be available at the door.

The number of member-priced tickets you have access to is determined by your membership level. Additional tickets for your guests may be purchased alongside your member tickets beginning October 14.

Yes! We have a large, well-lit parking lot on site. There is no charge for parking.
Handicap accessible parking is available in the main lots. You may also choose to drop off members of your party halfway up the entry path by following signs for the drop-off area.
If you choose to use Uber, Lyft, or another taxi service, please note that our entry gate on French Drive will close automatically for arriving vehicles at 10 p.m. each evening. Please plan to be picked up before 10 p.m.
We have staggered visitor arrival times in 30-minute increments to make for a better visitor experience. Once you are checked-in you may stay until the event closes at 10 p.m.
When you select an arrival time, you are choosing what time you would like to walk through the main entrance of the Visitors Center. There are not timed performances, and the event is the same throughout the whole evening. The café, Garden Shop, and restrooms are not accessible before your arrival time.
We ask that you arrive as close to your selected arrival time as possible. We cannot guarantee entry if you arrive more than 30 minutes late.
Note: Diwali Lights on November 21 will have timed performances that occur throughout the evening. Check back for the schedule.
Tickets for Night Lights are non-refundable and only valid for entry on the date and time listed on the confirmation email. If you are unable to attend at your selected time you do have a few options:
- If tickets are available for another evening of Night Lights, you can reschedule your tickets by calling 508-869-6745. There is a $10 transaction fee for all rescheduled tickets. Tickets may only be rescheduled by 10 a.m. on your ticket date and for as long as there are tickets available on a different date. Once we are sold out, tickets cannot be rescheduled.
- Give your tickets to someone else. Please note that individual tickets may only be redeemed for Night Lights tickets of equal or lesser value. For example: Four adults can redeem four adult tickets. Child tickets can also be upgraded to adult tickets for an additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for difference in cost if a child redeems an adult ticket. If using gifted tickets, please call our Night Lights Hotline at 508-869-6745 in advance of your visit to make any necessary upgrades.
- Return your tickets to New England Botanic Garden as a donation to our nonprofit and receive a tax-deductible receipt in return. To take advantage of this offer, you must email development@nebg.org no later than the visit date listed on your confirmation email.
You are taking a risk if you buy tickets from somewhere other than www.nebg.org. Bad actors actively try to sell fake tickets. Our facilities will be at capacity, and you will have to be turned away if you don’t have genuine tickets.

Yes! No two years are ever the same.
Each year, the Garden’s horticulture team creates imaginative new features that make Night Lights a unique experience for first-time visitors and returning guests alike. In 2022, displays immersed visitors in different environments on Earth from icy mountaintops, to meadows of pollinators, and even into the sea. In 2023, the artfully crafted light displays of Night Lights: Starry Skies took guests on a journey through the cosmos and back. In 2024, a kaleidoscope of colors illuminated Night Lights: Color Cascade, and in 2025, Night Lights: Dazzling Gardens featured more lights and sparkle than ever before. Stay tuned for more on this year’s theme!
Visit the Farmer and the Fork café for hot cocoa, apple cider, cider donuts, winter cocktails, and savory, seasonal grilled cheeses. The café is open nightly until 9:30 p.m. Click here to view the menu.
Please note that seating is very limited during this event and we do not recommend bringing a picnic dinner. Outside alcohol is not permitted at the Garden.
Enhance your visit with a S’mores Kit, the quintessential Night Lights treat! The S’mores Kit includes fresh ingredients for one delicious s’more, including graham crackers, chocolate, and a marshmallow. Sticks will be provided at each fire pit. $3.75 per package including tax. Reserve your S’mores Kit when purchasing your admission tickets and skip the concession line!
Visits usually last one to three hours. You are welcome to walk the lighted paths more than once. Once checked in, you can stay until the event closes at 10 p.m.
The majority of this event takes place in our outdoor lighted gardens which are accessible in clear weather but may be challenging in rainy, icy, or snowy weather. Outdoor paths are made from concrete, brick, bluestone, asphalt, or wooden decking. The indoor portion of this event is fully accessible.
A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are welcome to bring their own mobility scooter.
All paths for Night Lights are accessible by stroller. Small strollers with large wheels work best on our paths. Large strollers and wagons are not recommended. Scooters and other wheeled devices, excluding those used for mobility assistance, are not permitted.
Because this is a rain, star shine, or snow event, we advise caution when navigating potentially icy outdoor spaces. All visitors should wear sturdy footwear and be dressed for the elements.
During Night Lights, the property will be closed from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. This includes the gardens, parking lot, grounds, and buildings. Daytime entry ends at 2:30 p.m. and entry after 4 p.m. requires a separate event ticket. All daytime visitors must leave by 3 p.m.
The majority of this event is outdoors, although visitors do need to pass through the Visitors Center to enter and access all areas of the event. You should dress warmly, including coats, snow boots, hats, and gloves as necessary.
Night Lights takes place in all weather conditions. However, if weather presents a risk to safety, New England Botanic Garden may decide to cancel an evening. If so, you will be notified by email no later than 2 p.m. on the day of your visit and a refund will be issued for your tickets.
No. All pets, including our Tails ‘n Trails members, should remain at home for this event. Service dogs are allowed throughout the gardens and buildings at all times.
After parking and gathering your party, proceed up the path and into the Visitors Center. Please have your printed or digital email confirmation ready.
Visitors may be videotaped and/or photographed by an employee or contract photographer working for New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. Admission serves as permission for the use of images of visitors by New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill and its constituents. New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill is a public place and as such photos of our guests are permitted as they would be in any public space, such as a park, trail, or roadway. However, visitors may ask either the photographer or a New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill staff member not to be photographed. Please contact us if you would like your picture removed from one of our online platforms.
Our Night Lights team is happy to assist you daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by phone or email. Call our Night Lights Hotline at 508-869-6745 or email visit@nebg.org.
