GENERAL ADMISSION DISCOUNTS
NEW ENGLAND BOTANIC GARDEN MEMBERS
Garden members, log in and reserve your free general admission tickets, or present your New England Botanic Garden member card at the desk when you arrive. To create an account, you will need to know your member number, if you need assistance finding your member number, please call at 508-869-6111 or email membership@nebg.org.
For guests that are covered by your membership level, please reserve member type tickets. Additional tickets for your guests may be reserved using the General Admission priced tickets. To use your complimentary Gate Passes for guests not covered by your membership, please reserve General Admission priced tickets and you will be prompted to apply your Gate Passes in your Cart.
To redeem any paper Gate Passes issued by New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill or Tower Hill Botanic Garden, present the pass when you check in or reserve passes in advance by calling 508-869-6111. See Gate Pass for restrictions. Gate Passes with an expiration date listed are only valid through that expiration date.
Members of other gardens who participate in the American Horticultural Society: Reciprocal Garden Network may receive free general admissions for the same number of people covered at their home garden. To redeem, show your member card when you check in or, if ordering online, enter promotional code “AHSR” at checkout and be prepared to show your member card alongside your confirmation email when you check in at the Garden.
A “Big” may receive one free General Admission pass for their “Little” when they buy one Adult General Admission pass for themselves. To redeem, show your Big ID when you check in, or reserve in advance by calling 508-869-6111. This discount is not available online at this time.
We are happy to offer free general admission to our Boylston neighbors. To redeem, present your proof of residency when you check in or, if ordering online, enter promotional code “BOYL” at checkout and be prepared to show proof of residency alongside your tickets when you check in at the Garden. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Boylston Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
June – August: Individuals with an EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card can reserve up to six FREE General Admissions. Valid for daytime general admission and Summer Extended Evenings (link: https://nebg.org/summer-evenings/). To redeem, request this discount when you check-in or, to reserve online, enter promotional code “CTCST” at checkout.
September – May: Individuals with an EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card can reserve up to six daytime General Admissions passes for $2 each. This discount is not available online. Please call 508-869-6111 to make a reservation.
We are proud to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, Massachusetts Health Connector, and the Women, Infants & Childrens (WIC) Nutrition Program to broaden accessibility to cultural programming. A number of local libraries hold a New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill library membership that can be used by their patrons to receive up to two General Admission passes at half-price. The library’s New England Botanic Garden card must be physically presented at check-in. A code to reserve online is distributed by the library. Please contact your local library for more information.
Massachusetts Teachers Association members may receive one free General Admission pass per MTA member. To redeem, present your MTA card when you check in or, if ordering online, enter promotional code “MTA” at checkout and be prepared to show your MTA member card alongside your ticket when you check in at the Garden.
Veterans Day Discount: We thank all veterans and active military for their dedication to serving our country! All military personnel, veterans, and military families receive up to six General Admission tickets for FREE on Monday, November 11, 2024. To redeem, request the discount upon check-in at the front desk. If ordering your tickets online, enter promotional code “NOV11” at checkout.
Year-round discount: All military personnel, veterans, and military families receive a 25% discount on up to six General Admission tickets. To redeem, present your valid Military ID or Dependent ID when you check in or, if ordering online, enter promotional code “MIL” at checkout. Be prepared to present your valid Military ID or Dependent ID alongside your tickets when you check in at the Garden.
ID Examples: Common Access Card, Uniformed Service ID, Form 1173 or 1173-1, DD Form 2765, DD Form 2, DD Form 214, Driver’s License stating “Veteran.”
For visitors with disabilities who require a personal care attendant (PCA) in order to visit the gardens, you may receive one free General Admission ticket for your attendant. To redeem, request a PCA ticket when you check in or, if ordering online, enter promotional code “PCA” at checkout. Limit one per transaction. If you need additional complimentary PCA tickets, please call (508) 869-6111 for assistance with your reservation.
June – August: With a Wonderfund Access Card, MA DCF Foster Children and their Families are able to reserve up to six FREE General Admission tickets. Valid for daytime admission and Summer Extended Evenings (link: https://nebg.org/sumer-evenings/). To redeem, show your Wonderfund Access Code when you check in, or to reserve online, enter promotional code “WFST” at checkout.
