Night Lights celebrates the winter season with hundreds of thousands of lights artfully displayed through out the botanical garden’s formal garden spaces and conservatories that your guests are sure to enjoy. Make it a celebration to remember with delicious, locally sourced food or holiday-themed snacks by Peppers Artful Events. Holiday parties at the Garden are perfect for groups of 40 to 100 people.

For the 2024 Night Lights season, we will be offering special pricing for the introduction of our brand-new room, the Reservoir Room. A new and elegant addition to the Garden, the Reservoir Room features large windows overlooking the Wachusett Reservoir and copper ceiling details.
For up to 40 people: $1400
For up to 60 people: $1600
For up to 80 people: $1800
For up to 100 people: $2000
Rental packages include the exclusive use of the event space, and admission to the Night Lights event for all of your attendees. The space is conducive to a variety of table sizes and arrangements including cocktail-style or large seated rounds. Black conference chairs are available for your use and included in the rental price, or if desired, white garden chairs or fruitwood Chiavari chairs can be purchased at an upgraded price.
Parties can be scheduled from 4–9pm. Your guests are welcome to explore the gardens after the room rental has concluded until we close at 10pm.
New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill works exclusively with Peppers Artful Events and ARTbar for holiday parties. Peppers is an award-winning caterer whose reliability for sumptuous foods, five-star service, and dazzling displays has built a name for them in the community and at the Garden, where they also operate the Farmer and the Fork café.
