GROUP VISITS AND TOURS

GUIDED WALKING TOUR
Join one of our knowledgeable garden guides on an informative 45-minute private tour.
Cost: Cost of a guided tour is $250 for up to 10 guests, $375 for up to 15 guests, and $450 for up to 20 guests and includes admission to the garden.
Availability: Book in advance during regular Garden hours

DIRECTOR’S GOLF CART TOUR
Join Director of Horticulture, Mark Richardson on a truly unique one and a half hour, behind-the-scenes, tour chock full of horticultural information and tips. You will explore the formal gardens, the Inner Park, the Wildlife Garden, and the Shade Garden. Mark will discuss the plant collections, answer your burning horticultural questions, and teach you how to choose the best plants for your garden.
Cost: Member $400
Availability: Our golf cart can accommodate up to 5 people and tours are available to book in advance on weekdays only. 

PRIVATE GOLF CART TOUR
Join one of our trained volunteer garden guides for a private tour of several of the formal gardens and much of the wooded areas for a 45-minute private tour.
Cost: $150 for up to 5 guests and includes admission to the garden.
Availability: Tours can be scheduled daily, 11am-3pm

HOW TO SCHEDULE A TOUR
To book a private tour please fill out the Group Reservation Form. Tours are scheduled daily, 10am-4pm. Have questions? Contact Amelia Burton, Private Events Specialist by phone 508-869-6111 x140, or by email at aburton@nebg.org. Please book at least two weeks in advance or one month in advance for golf cart tours. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit which is payable over the phone with a credit card at the time of your reservation. This fee is applied to your final payment which can be made in advance over the phone with a credit card or at the Information Desk the day of your visit. 

BOXED LUNCHES
To pre-order boxed lunches from New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill’s onsite café, Farmer and the Fork, please contact eventinquiry@peppersartfulevents.com. Please note that groups must have orders placed by one point of contact at a minimum of two weeks in advance of their visit. Café seating is limited and available on a first come first serve basis.

POLICIES
Tours are held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule your tour, however, tour refunds are not available. Group rate admission fees still apply during New England Botanic Garden free admission days such as Free First Thursdays, and Free Summer Evenings. Groups of 10 or more visitors will need to pay the group rate admission on those days.

BEST TIME TO VISIT
Any time! In spring enjoy warm weather and thousands of beautiful blooming bulbs including tender perennials daffodils, and tulips. In the summertime enjoy our collection of lilies, daylilies, vegetable garden, and more. The fall welcomes colorful New England foliage outside and vibrant conservatories inside. In the winter get out of the cold and enjoy our subtropical conservatories featuring citrus tree collections.
